摘要
自21世纪以来，世界已发生了翻天覆地的变化,多边的贸易格局以及多元化的贸易趋势已经逐渐成熟。在我国政府大力推动“一带一路”政策的情况下，我国的外贸行业得到了空间的发展机遇，整体行业经济有质的飞跃。事物都有两面性，就像机遇和竞争就是当前企业发展所遇到的不可分割的两个必要经历，尤其对于外贸企业来说，一带一路给了外贸企业前所未有的资源共享平台，却也遇到了更为激烈的行业竞争。
在信息化的高度发展的今天，想要提高自身企业的竞争力，除了需要遵循现在潮流多元化的发展趋势以外，更加需求企业从自身角度出发，全面改革，提升自身信息化水平，增强竞争力。企业需要高效、高速、可持续和稳健的发展，会计信息化建设就显得尤为重要。会计信息化是企业的操控者，它掌握着企业运营，发展和决策的命脉。因此，大力发展提高自身的会计信息化建设水平，是新时代企业特别是外贸型企业的发展趋势和时代需求。对提高企业的核心竞争力，改善我国企业经济结构，促进产业调整，推动国民经济可持续健康发展拥有非常重要的意义。
本文以星瑞外贸公司为典型的观察研究对象，运用实证观察法、文献查阅法、对比分析法、调查法等多种研究方法，结合企业实情和数据，参照国内外学者关于外贸企业会计信息化的研究成果，找出星瑞外贸公司会计信息化建设中存在的问题，提出关于星瑞外贸公司实现会计信息化建设的措施和对策。

Abstract
Since the beginning of the 21st century, the world has undergone earth-shaking changes. The multilateral trade pattern and diversified trade trends have gradually matured. Nowadays, under the advocacy of China"s “One Belt, One Road” policy, foreign trade trends and multilateral cooperation trade have enabled more companies to go global. This has made foreign trade enterprises ushered in the development opportunities of gold, but they have also encountered unprecedented challenges.
In today"s highly developed information technology, in order to improve the competitiveness of its own enterprises, in addition to the trend of diversification of the current trend, companies are more demanding to upgrade their information development. Enterprises need efficient, high-speed, sustainable and healthy development, and accounting information construction is particularly important. Accounting informationization is the controller of the enterprise, and it holds the lifeblood of business operation, development and decision-making. Therefore, vigorously developing and improving the level of accounting informationization construction is the development trend and era demand of enterprises in the new era, especially foreign trade enterprises. It is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, improve the economic structure of Chinese enterprises, promote industrial adjustment, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy.
In the current policy of “One Belt, One Road”, this paper takes Xingrui Foreign Trade Company as a typical observation research object, and uses various methods such as empirical observation method, literature review method, comparative analysis method and investigation method, combined with enterprise facts and data. With reference to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the accounting informationization of foreign trade enterprises, to find out the problems existing in the construction of accounting informationization of Xingrui Foreign Trade Corporation, and put forward the measures and countermeasures for the implementation of accounting informationization in Xingrui Foreign Trade Company.
