前言
为树立我区内建设工程施工现场良好的安全文明施工形象，改善施工现场的生产和生活环境，更好地满足劳动者需求，根据相关技术规范，结合我区实际，通过列举相关工程实例，配以图样、图片、文字说明等，将相关规范、规程、标准的要求具体化、形象化，以便于为吸烟区、茶水间的设置提供指导与参考。
一．总则
1.编制依据
《建筑施工现场环境与卫生标准》(JGJ146-2004)
《施工现场临时建筑物技术规范》（JGJ/T 188－2009）
《XX区建设工程文明施工管理规定》(X建发[200X]XX号)
2.一般规定
吸烟区和茶水间应依照施工现场总平面布置图设置，且必须与卫生间、垃圾池等污染源以及危险品仓库等危险源保持一定距离。所用的建造材料必须符合环保、消防要求。室内高度不低于2.5米，通道宽度不小于0.9米，门的宽度不小于1.2米，地面必须实施硬化，设置排水沟或排水槽，保证排水通畅。吸烟区应配备打火机和烟灰缸，宜设置“吸烟有害健康”警示牌；茶水间应设置足够容量的饮用电热水器或密封式保温桶，保证热水充足供应。设置足够的休息桌椅供工人休憩。
二.建筑材料堆放标化图解

①电路管线必须符合安全要求，电线不得裸露，电热水器金属外壳做好接地措施。
②应设置可打开式窗户和足够亮度的灯具，保证室内宽敞明亮、通风良好。③必须保证茶水间给水符合饮用水卫生标准，给水管材料必须符合环保、卫生要求。采用全自动电热水器供应热水的，在投入使用之前必须先对给水管道和热水器彻底冲洗干净；采用密封式保温桶供应热水的，应加盖加锁保持卫生清洁。④吸烟区和茶水间应设置灭火器和消防报警装置、应急药箱，配备防中暑药物、常见的外伤用药等应急药物。
二.管理要求
茶水供应的时间应覆盖全部的工作时间，可配备专职或兼职人员泡制防暑降温茶水。应定期检查吸烟区和茶水间的安全状况及设备的使用情况，发现安全隐患及时排除，设备故障及时维修，保障吸烟区和茶水间切实发挥好作用。

篇三：文化墙初稿
企业文化墙根据所在位置的不同，放置的信息也会有所不同。
1、户外或者较大宣传栏：可根据不同职能部门划分相应模块，具体放置内容由部门自行决定，可以凸显他们的特点即可；更换频率可一季度/半年/年，具体据变化而定；模块管理权归部门，整体监督检查归HR；
2、前台周边：建议放置公司简介、成长历程、取得成绩、牌匾等，更新频率建议次/年；由HR直属负责；
3、茶水间或通道墙：建议放置员工相关内容：活动照片，文章分享、表彰等等，更换频率与举办活动的频率一致，HR负责统筹，其他部门提供资源；
4、厕所：小故事ok，不过要考虑趣味性和更换频率，可考虑交给行政负责，HR当然更没问题。
我们公司的文化墙分为3部分：
1、在公司进门接待处主要是企业使命、历史、价值观、品牌等等的文字图片介绍，还有电视机循环播放公司介绍、各品牌介绍
2、在公司的餐厅，有书籍，还有很大的留言板，公司会张贴最近的活动，员工也可以在上面涂鸦
3、在各品牌的办公区，有各品牌特色的品牌介绍，例如我们是小清新的化妆品品牌，办公区域就有真的植物墙，还有一棵假的树，上面吊着品牌的明信片
文化墙设计初稿
分为A（进门-员工风采，每月评比优秀员工作为榜样，附照片）、B&C（激励人心的标语和图案）、D（企业背景、历史、球场照片、获奖照片）、E-F（公司领导介绍，图文并茂）、G（公司规章制度）、H（有几种方案 1、员工寄语，多听听员工想知道的事情 2、交换天地—各部门建议，以便利贴的形式）每周五收集检查)。
附加：I（厕所文化，选取厕所内壁，可关于高尔夫的趣味知识，形式不建议作为手刊，容易被取走。可做成一个板报形式，每月更换） A尺寸：2.9m*2.8m
