一、 引言

纵观近年来的高考英语书面表达题，有关发言稿的考查在2004—2009年部分省市的高考

书面表达题都出现过，例如：09年安徽 天津、08年江苏 陕西、07年江苏 江西 06年福建 、

05年安徽、04年天津等地的书面表达题，都是以发言稿的命题形式出现的。由此可见，发言

稿目前也是高考书面表达最流行的题目之一，所以今天这堂课的任务是学习怎样写发言稿。（见屏幕）

二. 发言稿的写作技巧与方法指导 发言稿是生活中一种常见的应用文体，是参加会议的人为了在会议上表达自己的意见、

看法、进行思想汇报或工作情况汇报而事先准备好的文稿。英文开幕词、闭幕词、欢迎词、

欢送词、告别词和演讲稿是正式社交场合最常见的发言稿。

（1） 格式

发言稿一般由称呼语、正文和结束语三部分组成。 发言稿的开头和结尾一般有固定的格

式。

发言稿正文常分为三部分：

（1） 第一部分：开门见山地提出本人要谈的问题及对问题的看法

（2） 第二部分：说明理由。常用到的连接成分有：first of all,secondly,finally

等等。

（3） 第三部分：照应开头，总结全文。可以对全文作简明扼要的总结，也可以谈自己的感想、看法或期望。 常用到的句式有：in short?,in a word,i think,i expect等因为高考试题在命题形式上侧重于考查发言稿正文的写法。所以写正文时要注意以下三

点：

（1） 观点要鲜明。对问题持有什看法，要明确表态，不要含糊其辞。要中心明确，重点突出，但不必面面俱到。

（2） 条理要清晰。一篇发言稿要谈几方面的问题，每一方面有那些要点要进行阐述，都要安排得有条有理，让人听起来容易抓住重点。

（3） 适当增加关联词和细节。发言稿开头于结尾已经给出。那么在命题形式上侧重于考查发言稿正文的写法，所以我们在根据要点组织正文内容时，可以适当增加关联词和细节，以使短文连贯、完整。

（4） 语言要简洁明快，发言时因为要直接面对听众，所以发言稿的特定形式决定了其语言的口语性强，因此应少用复杂句，多用简单句。话说的要准确、易懂，最好运用大众语言。所以我们在组织句子时要注意“三多一少”即简单句式多，祈使句多、情态动词多，修饰性词语少。但文中的句型也要善于变化，不要过于单一。

现在我们按照所讲的发言稿的格式和要求，以下面提供的短文为例，来实践一下怎么样

写好发言稿

例题：假如你是李华，将要到英国伦敦参加“international english learning camp”。
