西双版纳州民族中学校本课程实施方案(草案)
一、指导思想:
为丰富学校的课程,构建起国家、地方、学校三位一体的课程框架,立足民族特色,植根本土文化,进一步引导学生学习民族历史,了解民族文化,弘扬民族精神,促使学生自觉地传承和发展本民族文化和精神,增强民族自豪感;促进各民族学生之间相互了解和融合,增强民族团结意识。
通过校本课程的开发与建设,逐步建立起有助于全体学生全面发展、个性发展和终身发展的学校课程体系,形成并固化为州民族中学的特色品牌课程,从而丰富民族教育内涵,提升学校特色办学水平。课程的开设,着重培养学生自主与创新精神、研究与实践能力、合作与发展意识;同时培养出一支高素质的教师队伍,使每位教师不仅只充当知识的传授者,还应该成为课程的开发者、建设者、实践者。
二、组织与实施
1、课程实施组织机构

领导小组成员:李英昌(副校长 历史)、计永坤(副校长 英语)、吴本勤(副校长 语文)、刘正萍(教务主任 生物)、余波(教务副主任 政治)、郭小明(政教处负责人 信息技术)
工作小组成员:各教研组长、各年级组长
2、课程实施原则
(1)适合学生:校本课程的开设以人为本,重视学生的学习需求,尤其重视不同层次学生的学习需求,使学生的学习需求得到尊重和满足;重视学生参与,注意学生信息反馈,不断根据学生需要完善优化校本课程。
(2)关联学科:根据学校的教师力量及教学设施的实际情况,校本课程的开设与各基础性学科相联系,一方面充分发挥学校已有教学资源的作用;另一方面作为学科的拓展,为学校的教育教学质量的提升服务。
(3)彰显特色:发掘学校和本地域民族特色资源,建设富有民族特色的校本课程,打造民族教育特色品牌学校。
3、课程内容
按课程开设的内容暂分为人文和艺体两大类。人文类含民族语言、民族文字、民族节日、民族习俗、民族宗教、民族故事;艺体类含民族音乐、民族舞蹈、民族建筑、民族工艺、民族服饰、民族体育。
4、实施过程
(1)课程设置:暂在初一、初二、高一、高二年级开设,原则上学科类校本课程以教研组为单位组织实施,由各教研组长负责组织编写校本课程材料。鼓励一部分教研组、一部分有特长的教师先行一步,拿出成熟课程,逐步形成并固化为州民族中学的特色品牌课程。德育类校本课程以年级组为单位组织实施,由各年级组长负责组织编写校本课程材料(此类课程等条件成熟再加以实施)。
(2)学生选题:学校向学生公布校本课程开设科目、指导教师
及课程说明等,以学生自主选择和教师推荐课程相结合。
(3)班级组成:先由教务处统计学生选课情况,再经教师推荐,学校调整各校本课程科目学习人数,根据班级实际情况,合理设计班级容量。
(4)组织教学:视学生选课情况及场地限制,按校本课程课时计划表,有目的、有计划地实施校本课程。
(5)时间安排:待定
三、课程管理
管理的原则是规范性、有效性。一方面加强教师管理,对教师选聘、教师课程教学规范、教学评价等环节加强监控管理;另一方面加强学生管理,对学生课程的选择、上课的规范、实践的要求、学习的评价等从制度上、行为上予以落实。
1、学校对已开发的校本课程统一制定课时计划,对任课教师、教学场地等规划设计。
2、任课教师认真备好每一节课,按计划实施。校本课程领导小组随机听课,随时测评。
3、教师应按学校整体教学计划的要求,达到规定的课时与教学目标。
4、任课教师根椐课时计划,联系场地、器材等,实施课程。
5、教师应保存学生的作品及活动、竞赛材料。
6、任课教师对学生参与学习情况进行总结评价;并对自已的教学反馈总结,以利于今后的校本课程教学。
7、每学期召开一次校本课程研讨会,展示优秀教师的成功经验、解决存在的问题,及时总结校本课程的实施情况。
8、定期汇报展示学生的学习成果。
四、课程评价
1、教师评价:
(1)教师应有计划、有进度、有教案、有考勤、有评价记录。
(2)教师应按学校整体教学计划的要求,达到规定课时与教学目标。
(3)教师应收集学生作品及活动、竞赛材料,期末上交教务处。
(4)教师开课工作量按正常课时1:1计算。
(5)校本课程领导小组通过听课、查阅教师记录、问卷调查等形式对教师评价,并在职称晋升、履职考核、优秀教研组备课组评比等工作中,对教师校本课程的开设情况及能力作相关要求。
2、学生评价:
(1)侧重对学生的学习过程和体验感悟的评价。
(2)不采用书面的考试或考查方式,但要作考勤评价记录。
(3)教师根据学生参加学习的态度和成果进行评价,可分为“优秀”、“良好”、“一般”、“差”记录,并作为“优秀学生”的评比条件。
(4) 学习的成果。学习成果以作品创作或小论文、制作发明、竞赛评比、汇报演出等形式呈现,并将成果记入学生成长手册。
