摘 要
随着社会经济的进步和教育的发展，父母对于孩子的教育期待日益提高，婴幼儿教育是孩子教育的起点，在孩子整个受教育和培养的过程中尤为重要，其也随着社会的进步而倍加重视。在婴幼儿教育中，动作发展的训练占据了重要的地位，其对于婴幼儿的身体和智力发展都起着重要的作用。目前，我国婴幼儿的动作发展尚未受到足够的重视，大量的相关教育和培训机构仍然是以知识教育为核心，相关婴幼儿动作发展或体能训练培训机构还没有形成完善的体系。在我国大力发展体育产业的背景下，为了了解我国婴幼儿动作发展培训市场的现状和前景，研究以泉州市为例，运用访谈和问卷调查法对于目前的婴幼儿相关动作发展培训机构进行了调查研究。调查发现：1）泉州市大多数父母缺乏对于相关培训机构的深入了解，缺乏相对较专业的培训知识；2）泉州市婴幼儿培训机构较少，大多以自营盈利为目的，培训专业水平相对不高，缺乏较高专业技能的人才；3）相关培训遭遇家长认同性问题，导致开展不畅；4）目前我国缺少对于早教人才培养完整体系，缺乏对于相关培训机构的监管体制。对于此，我们也提出了建议：提高国民的相关早教意识，加强对于相关培训的宣传普及；提高相关机构自身的体系完善度；国家教育体系早期教育的体系完善，人才培养；加强培训方面的惠民政策以及优惠活动的开展。

Abstract
With the progress of social economy and the development of education, parents" expectation for children"s education is increasing day by day. Infant and child education is the starting point of children"s education, which is especially important in the whole process of children"s education and training.It also along with the progress of society and pay more attention to.In infant education, the training of movement development occupies an important position, which plays an important role in the physical and mental development of infants and young children.At present, the movement development of infants and young children in China has not received enough attention. A large number of relevant education and training institutions are still taking knowledge education as the core, and the relevant infant movement development or physical training training institutions have not yet been formed.A system of goodUnder the background of vigorously developing sports industry in our country, in order to understand the present situation and prospect of infant movement development training market in China, the study takes Quanzhou City as an example.The present training institutions for infant and toddler movement development were investigated by means of interviews and questionnaires.The survey found that most parents in Quanzhou lack in-depth understanding of relevant training institutions and lack relatively professional training knowledge. Quanzhou has fewer infant training institutions, most of which aim at self-profit, and the training professional level is relatively low.Lack of talents with higher professional skillsAt present, our country lacks a complete system for the training of early education talents and a regulatory system for relevant training institutions.For this, we also put forward some suggestions: to improve the awareness of relevant early education, to strengthen the publicity and popularization of relevant training, to improve the system of relevant institutions, to improve the early education system of the national education system, and to train talents; Strengthen training policies and preferential activities.

1 前言
婴幼儿教育是人一生中接受集体教育的开端，是基础教育重要的组成部分之一，同时婴幼儿教育也是我国基础教育的奠基阶段，受到全社会越来越多的广泛关注。随着社会的发展，科技的进步，在相关的婴幼儿运动方面的研究也越来越深入，人们也逐渐重视婴幼儿时期孩童的生长发育，甚至从小培养孩子的运动能力。但是父母对于培训机构的认知缺乏，国内专业培训机构的资源缺少等等原因造成了社会对于婴幼儿动作培训市场的一孔之见。
1.1 研究背景
20 世纪 90 年代以来，随着社会科学技术的不断进步，尤其是现代脑科学、心理学研究的飞速发展，研究证明发现新生婴幼儿天生并非“白板”一块，而是具有各种心理活动能力和学习能力的，并且这种能力是十分惊人的。现代的科学研究已证明新生儿在六个月的时候脑容量已经达到成人的一半左右，而在两岁的时候会增长到约成人的四分之三，而四岁时候宝宝的脑容量已经几乎等同于成人的脑容量，故而在婴幼儿零到三岁的时间段是脑发育最迅速的时期，也是学习发育的快速时期。[1]随着2015年 12 月，第十二届全国人大常委会第十八次会议审议通过《中华人民共和国人口与计划生育法修正案(草案)》，“全面二孩”政策及相关政策法规得到修订，预示着我国0-3岁婴幼儿数量也将逐渐增多，父母对于孩子的教育由于种种原因，希望孩子能够得到更好的专业的早教，相对应着的对于婴幼儿早教的培训机构逐渐兴起。但是目前为止，我国对于婴幼儿培训机构还没有相对完善的体制，缺乏社会群众对于婴幼儿培训的认知和了解，国内缺少对于婴幼儿的培训公益性的机构设置。
