篇一：志愿者面试技巧
昨晚有幸应邀作为某系奥运火炬传递志愿者面试的评审参加了其评选面试活动，在通过昨晚的面试，我觉得很多师弟师妹还是没有能很好地把握。因此在这里写出一些个人对于这次面试的想法，以提供给即将要组织或参加各系面试的同学作为参考。不过，需要说明，以下内容纯属个人见解，如有错漏还请大家原谅并予以指正。
一、评分标准
作为一次面试，我们首先要了解他的评分标准，只有这样才能够更好地准备面试。现在我就结合某系给出的评分标准以及我个人所给出的标准来向大家介绍一下面试的准备。 某系的评分标准是形象20分、普通话15分（因通知上要求要会讲国家标准普通话）、表达能力15分、交际能力10分、服务经验和态度30分、其他10分。
首先，我来讲一下我给出的具体评分标准（为便于大家理解，评分标准写得较为口语化，望谅！）：
1、形象20分
0-10分 11-15分 16-20分
穿着随便，不整洁， 穿着搭配夸张，但整洁，经 穿着大方得体、整洁，坐坐姿随便，面无表情。常变换坐姿，能面带微笑。发姿端正，面带微笑。积极发没有发言，没有自信。 言次数较少，自信不足 言，有自信，收放自如。 对于形象这方面我认为还是比较重要的，原因有两点：第一，到时安排志愿服务点的人员安排有可能是若干间学校及企
事业单位、社会志愿者打乱来安排的，因此我们选派的志愿者应该具有一个良好且能代表我校学生形象的形象；第二，作为一个全球瞩目的活动，必定有很多外地的朋友前来观看，也会有很多新闻记者在现场报道，大家也知道一般除了报导火炬传递的事情，一些记者尤其是境外记者会就火炬传递的相关内容进行采访报导，因此形象这方面还是比较重要的。
首先，来说一下衣着搭配要得当，虽然到时会提供服装，但是并不意味着裤子和鞋就可以随便穿，虽然可能现在没有明确要求，但是总不能穿运动短裤和拖鞋吧（作为我校大学生有一部分人喜欢平时穿着拖鞋去吃饭、上课，其实这样是一种很影响学校及个人形象的行为，因此，我也在招干后第一次例会上要求他们，如无特殊情况，最好不要穿拖鞋走出宿舍楼。）。但是并不是说要穿名牌或者怎样，只要穿着得体，不要像平时随便拿一件衣服就出来上课吃饭那样就可以了。整洁、大方的我觉得就是好的！还有就是要注意一个细节的问题，比如有穿带拉锁的上衣，如果是男生，最好是可以稍微拉上拉锁，如果实在不想拉上拉锁，那就整理好衣服再去面试，不要弄得自己的感觉好像“袒什么露什么”似的。 第二，首饰及一些装饰性的小配件也应该注意。有些男同学有佩戴一些玉器或者装饰性的物品，那请收进衣服里边去。作为女同学则最好选择不佩戴或者仅佩戴一些简单的配饰，
毕竟只是面试，而不是首饰展销或者选美，不必要戴的配饰最好不要带，以免弄巧成拙。如果一定要佩戴首饰及一些装饰性的小配件，那就一定以适度和美观大方为原则来选择及佩戴。
第三，整体形象也要注意。在关注了局部之后，我们更应该关注一下整体的效果！首先，我想提醒一下关于发型的一些需要注意的细节。男生多数都是短头发，因此比较容易打理。女生就相对麻烦一点，因为多数是长发，很多还是烫了的，因此，建议师妹们最好可以把头发束起来，显得比较干练和精神（不过这点纯属个人建议）。注意了发型、服饰搭配、首饰及配件选择后，还有就是大家应该注意的就是自己所表达出来的精神面貌。昨天去面试的时候，有些人一进来就给人的感觉是比较感觉不对的。现在是要做去志愿者，是多么令人开心和振奋的事情！我觉得应该表现出积极向上的精神面貌。
以上就是我对于形象方面的大概评分标准和一些想法。在这里，我的建议就是：T恤（没有太多图案的，如果有图案尽量不要选那么幼稚的图案，如果有英文，请注意英文内容）或衬衫配牛仔裤加上一双板鞋或运动鞋就可以了。进入面试室后走有走相、坐有坐相，面带微笑、自信大方、收放自如就好了。
2、普通话15分
0-5分6-10分11-13分 14-15分
有一定地方口 地方口音重，发言较少地方口音，发音，发言中多数发没有地方口音、发音中多数音都发不标言中有少数发音不音都是标准的，我标准，我可以完全听准，我仅能听清面试标准，我可以听懂能听清面试者所讲懂面试者所讲内容，者所讲内容的1/3，面试者所讲内容内容的1/2，懂得停顿、语调等运用自不能准确运用停顿90%以上，停顿、语使用停顿及语调来如恰当。 及语调等方式。 调等运用较为自如 增加语言效果。
以上就是我对该项评分的分级。由于照顾到广东的同学普通话有得时候会有少许瑕疵，因此特增加了第三项。
建议大家在面试的时候不要太紧张，尽量讲清楚，要适当地运用停顿、语调等手段来增加语言效果。同时需要注意自己的音量，不要太小更不要太大，尽量让人觉得是舒服的。 但是，需要提醒大家注意的是，面试的时候不要说诸如我认为火炬传递是在广州举行的，因此我会讲白话更有优势；或者我是XX地方的人，大家知道XX地方的人讲普通话都讲不好的。前者说的确实是事实，但是近年来随着改革开放和广州经济的发展，更多的外省人涌入广东，广州就更多，从这个方面来讲，就需要普通话讲得好才能和更多人更好沟通。而且，我觉得我还好，如果评审是外省且原本就听不懂白话的，就难保听了前者的话以后会怎么打分了。而后者，说不好普通话并不能完全算在籍贯的头上，同一个地区，我也有那里的朋友啊，为什么人家就做了主持呢？
其实，大家都知道广东人说普通话多少都有些地方音以及有些音发布好，因此要求不会很高，但是至少你说得清楚些，
让人家能够轻松听懂就好拉。相反，你如果总是强调你虽然普通话不好但是白话很好或者之所以你普通话不好是因为你家乡那里人都说不好，反而会给人家的印象不是很好。不过也不要因为我说了这么多而给你们带来压力。。。其实放轻松就好拉?
3、表达能力15分

说话吞吐，言语表达不 语言表达一般，条理基 语言表达准确简洁、流清，不能表达自己的意思，本分明，基本能够表达自畅清楚，能很好表达自己不会运用适当的语音、语己的意思，运用适当的语的意思，善于运用语音、调、目光和手势。 音、语调、目光和手势。 语调、目光和手势。 对于表达能力的评判来说，我更注重说话的条理性和连贯性。首先你要明白，你面试的是火炬传递志愿者，因此在一开始的一分钟自我介绍的时候，很多人其实都浪费掉了，应该全面地去介绍自己、阐述自己作为火炬传递志愿者的优势，但是很多人就是几句话，介绍了班级、姓名、爱好后就没有什么了，抑或着是说了很多没有关系的话。其实我觉得一分钟的自我介绍包含以下内容就好了：自我介绍（10秒）、个人爱好、特长（20秒）、面试这次的岗位的优势（20秒，其中应突出过往志愿服务经历、特殊志愿服务技能）、成为本次志愿服务工作者的决心（10秒）。一般的面试，如果不是很严格，一般没有计时的，因此后两项自己把握在30秒到1分钟都是可以的。但是说的时候一定要注意把握，如果评审不对你说的感兴趣，那就停下来吧。再就是说话的条理

我叫xxx，现于上海xx大学法语系就读，现在是中国2010年上海世博会展示中心的专职讲解员。

工作中，我也有一些缺点，比如太过浮躁。在讲解过程中，一旦现场观众过多或者不遵守秩序，很容易激动，有时甚至影响讲解质量。为此我也在好好反思，争取在工作中耐心、细心、热心，只有这样才能更好地奉献世博。
现在我最大的愿望就是好好工作，明年进园区服务世博、参与盛会，不论是以志愿者的身份还是以工作人员的身份。相信，在2010年10月31日晚上，中国向全世界宣布我们举办了一届成功、精彩、难忘的世博会之后，我也可以自豪地说：“2010年，我就是那成功、精彩、难忘的一部分!”
