篇一:成功之路 The Way to Success作者

成功之路 The Way to Success作者:adreep 来源:互联网 时间:2012-10-07

There is a famous remark from Abraham Lincoln “Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe." That's to say, sharpening your knife won't waste your time for cutting your firewood.

If your axe is blunt, it will seriously affect the speed and efficiency of cutting trees. Even though sharpening the axe before chopping down a tree takes you sometime, the speed and efficiency of it will be improved a lot, and you will spend less time cutting down the same tree. Similarly, if we want to succeed, we'd better improve ourselves first. What should we do to achieve success? Many of us have set lofty goals, but we had better start by preparing to confront difficulties, and proceeding with the very foundation. Just stop talking and get down to working. With the exception of perseverance and diligence, it is extremely necessary for us to have some useful methods.

Just remember, haste makes waste. Good tools are prerequisite to the successful execution of a job. To gain success, we should choose the right methods, and make enough preparations, and then we are on the way to success.

Nowadays, what worries college students most should be the balance between job hunting and study. Have you noticed the phenomenon that the competition in job market is much fierce than before and the unemployment rate of college students is of a high level, which is given rise to the reason that a growing number of graduates are pouring into society whereas job opportunities are simply not enough for them.

Owing to the severe situation, enormous undergraduates set about looking for a job long before their graduation. Some even begin when they enter college. However, each coin has two sides. The offenders hold the opinion that applying for a job can undoubtedly cut down undergraduates' study time, considering that their main work is to learn academic knowledge as much as possible. While supporters believe that applying for a job earlier can secure a better job after graduation. On my personal perspective, opportunities favor those who are well prepared. Both sparing no effort

to study and applying for a job earlier can eventually serve to our better job in the future on condition that we balance the two parts reasonably.

What's more, lots of factors are taken into consideration when recruiting new employees, work experience, degree, ability and so on, of which I think the most important is study. Although it cannot be judged from the academic grades whether a person is of high ability, it is at least a proof that one has a large scope of academic knowledge. Generally speaking, job hunting is not contradictory with study; in contrast, they can coordinate with each other perfectly.

My View on School Education

From the picture, we can see that some schools only want their students to study hard at their lessons but ignore the educating on students' ability of practice, communication and organization. These schools regard study as the most important thing but other abilities such as communication skills, public-minded awareness, are not useful to them.

This idea is one-sided. We should take everything into account in students' education. If a school has such an idea, it is not good for their students' future development. In the current society, people must have an all-round ability to adapt to society. If not, students will find it difficult to find a good job. Besides, book is not the only way to success. EQ is sometimes more important than IQ. So students should develop such abilities as communication, organization, public relation, and creativity.

As far as I am concerned, on the one hand, it is important for us to study from books well and achieve excellent academic scores; on the other hand, it is more important to develop other skills. One should be sociable and capable so that he can be socially useful.

We are always trying to find the way to success, which stands for power, bride and glory. There have been strings of stories of success I was told since I was a child. From then on, I have been fascinated with being successful.

What success? Different people have different opinions towards this question. To start with, some people, such as accountants, workers and so on, are longing for being rich, which allows them buy what they want, and enjoy luxury. They treat it as success. Furthermore, some contestants, such as boxers, are always trying their best to defeat their rivals for success. And once they win, they confirm that they are stronger than others. The last but not the least, there are some other people who enjoy helping others. As a good saying goes, the roses in her hand, the flavor in mine. With helping others, we can also feel satisfactory.

As far as I am concerned, life is short, and we must achieve something during our life. So I regard striving and working hard important. When comes to we reap what we sow, it’s the time of success

篇二:关于成功之路_The_Way_to_Success

The Way

to Success

There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main concern of the way to success? From Abraham Lincoln’s famous remark, “Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation for it.

Only if we are well prepared, can we catch the opportunity which occurs once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a solid foundation for success. It will

be a long way to be successful thus we have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one or two days. It will help us solve problems more efficiently if we have a broad horizon. What’s more, opportunities always occur out of our expectation so we have to make ourselves well prepared. If we prepared, we will catch up with it whenever it comes up.

Opportunities give priorities to the people who make preparation for them. What’s more, success goes along with opportunities.

We should develop the ability to solve problems in different and efficient ways therefore we can make our way to success more easily.

篇三:The way to Success成功的方式

The way to Success

When it comes to the question "how to gain success "people vary in their opinions and every one has his own way.

As far as I am concerned that triumphing need to accumulate . In other words it depend on time and full of preparation.Abraham Lin coln, one of the greatest presidents in American history , remarked , "give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe ." from these words ,it may safely concluded that he laid emphasis on preparation before setting out .

As far as college students are concerned ,we should make an effort learn professional courses .Forthermore it is crucial for them to develop skills of other aspect . For instance ,we ought to use the operation sequence of the computer and software skillfully. building up our confidence is indispensable on the road to our success.

Only in this way can we face potential tough sotuations calmly and finally come to the top .
