教学效果预测:
本课的语言知识点只有3条:1. What’s this/that in English? It’s a/an ____. 2. What are these/those in English? They’re ______s. 3. How do you spell it? 第一条可以通过复习What’s this/that?顺利解决。第二条让学生与第一条反复比较之后,
也会很快领悟。第三条,学生必须通过老师的反复引导(手势的使用会收到事半功倍的效果),特别是在领悟了spell的用法之后,才会轻松掌握。
本课的教学难点只有2条:1. a 与an 的用法。 2. It’s a/an ____.与 They’re ____s. 课堂上根本就不跟学生讲什么a 与an 的用法,只把出现的几个与an连用的词放在一起学习,突出加深印象,让学生带着困惑课后自学。与英语相比,汉语在“数”的概念上是相当模糊的。要突破第二点,教师必须反复使用单个物件与多个物件进行对比练习,让学生明白:在英语中“数”的概念是十分明确的,学好英语,不能勿视了“数”。在教学设计中,特意安排了Step 7的游戏,就是巩固加深这种练习,让获胜的学生,体会“数”带给他们的快乐,也让失利的学生,好好品味“数”给他们上的第一课。
本课的词汇教学也是一项艰巨的任务,20个的生词量对于刚开始接触英语的学生来说实在有点多。要鼓励学生尽快找到快速学习单词的方法,并经常提醒他们注意复习。
熟能生巧,只有反复的练习才能达到脱口而出的程度。鼓励学生课后多说英语,创造机会让他们练习。在使用中培养学习兴趣,提高会话能力。
