读书摘要本书写要求
1、格式：每次的摘抄要在第一行顶满格位置写上“X年X月X日”，摘抄文字另起一行空两行开始写。最后另起一行写上“摘自（国家）XXX的《 》”，如果没有固定作者，直接写“摘自《 》”即可。 此行为后面对齐方式。下次的摘抄与前一次之间要空两行的位置。
2、统一用黑色水笔或者黑色墨水的钢笔抄写。
3、每页的正反两面都要写，写反面时要用书本垫着，这样写出的字会更美观，也不容易损坏纸张。
4、要认真看准每一个字，不出现错别字，如果出现写错字时请不要擦，用右斜线拉一笔，把正确的写在后面即可。
5、要求五六年级写上精彩片段的读后收获或者感悟。
6、包上透明的无图案的书皮。
7、三到六年级学生每人每周三篇即可。
8、每学期学校将组织一次读书笔记展览。
