摘 要:E时代,大数据、云计算、个性化学习扑面而来,在此背景下,以小学英语教学资源的有效选择与运用为切入点,聚焦学生英语学科“听、说、读、写”四大核心技能发展,积极构建自主、个性、快乐的小学英语学习新思路和新策略。

一、聚焦问题

1.E时代。移动互联网技术为人们的日常生活提供了海量的信息与资源,如何将这些资源拿来为我所用,真正为我们的日常教学和师生的主动成长服务,需要教师依据学科核心能力发展、课堂

教学主题、学生身心发展规律等,进行科学、有效的选择与运用。

2.笔者任职学校是一所建造于20世纪80年代的新村配套小学,学校原有的配套设施与技术设备已明显跟不上时代的要求,加之“老校新建”项目的推出和筹谋,让学校数字化研究所必须的有线网络建设、无线网络覆盖、数字化学习平台、个人移动终端等配套设备建设始终如空中楼阁,无法满足师生日常教学活动的

需要。

二、解决问题

1.摸索阶段:活用文本资源,激发学习动力,改善学习方式

我们兼顾教研组老师的所擅长的科目及任教年段,纵向按年级,横向分课前、课中、课后三个团队分头梳理、整合相关的文本资源,主要从两方面展开:一是教材梳理,形成结构化的小学三到六年级英语知识体系;二是整合文本,进行结构化的课堂实践。在教材资源和其他文本资源的整合、文本资源和影音资源的整合、

生活资源和网络资源的整合基础上,理出一条主线,将散落在各单元、各年段的同类知识进行收集、梳理,串点成线,给学生一个整体的感知。

2.形成阶段:巧用媒体资源,拓宽学习渠道,发展学习能力
