Abstract

English is an international language and almost all the people around the world are learning it. English learning has become a hot topic among parents. As English teachers, it’s our duty to teach English well. In today’s society, the ways of English teaching are quite different from those previously. The aim of English teaching is not only to teach the content of the textbook to the students, but also change the teaching methods according to the characteristic of students. We had better create the most suitable classroom atmosphere for students and make English teaching much easier.

I encountered many difficulties during the internship. In view of these problems and integrating my teaching experience, I supply some solutions to these problems. In my thesis I talk about some problems in English teaching and my own opinions from several aspects, such as the focus on our class, class design, classroom management and so on.

题目：商务英语专业实习报告

一、基本情况概述

1月7日至1月18日期间我在镇江苏南商贸有限公司总经理助理岗位实习，该公司主要从事日常用品的生产与销售。2003年注册自有品牌“舒南”牌，2008年被评为镇江市“知名商标”。并且公司一直坚持不懈地提高和完善自我，以提供最令客户满意的服务。

作为一名商务英语专业大三的学生，在寒假这段短暂的时间里，能够得到一次实习的机会，我既感到开心又有些紧张。到公司的第一天我就在经理的带领下参观公司，主要是熟悉公司的日常工作和公司的产品，包括对产品的性能、特点、制造工艺过程有所了解。第二天我就算正式开始工作了。

在实习的初期，经理主要让我整理每个季度的销售数据然后输入到表格中。这份差事看起来简单，却容不得半点马虎。因为哪怕是一个细小的错误都可能给公司造成巨大的损失。所以我每次输好数据后还会再检查一遍，确保没有错误后才交给经理。因此，虽然我做得不算快，但能够保证让经理满意。

在实习的中期，经理开始让我阅读和发放文件。他通常也不催促我，只是把任务安排好，然后便交给我自己去处理，同时还会不时地提供一些帮助。由于我对外贸方面的专业术语了解并不是很多，所以为了准确理解那些英文文件的内容，我会借助英汉词典以及网络来扩大自己的词汇量。等慢慢熟悉起来，做起事情也越来越顺手了。然而发放文件对我来说却是一个全新的挑战。我不得不硬着头皮去向同事请教。还好他们都很热情，耐心地教我怎么使用复印机和打印机，使我从一开始的一窍不通成长为能够熟练使用。

在实习的后期，经理试着让我接待客户。我的主要任务就是向他们介绍公司的产品，也就是说服他们跟我们公司建立合作关系，进而购买我们的产品。起初，我总是会遭到客户的拒绝。后来我渐渐意识到是自己说话太主观了，而且只从我们公司的角度看问题，这让客户觉得很不舒服。于是我改变了策略，处处为客户着想，告诉他们与我们公司合作他们所能得到的利益。

二、实习中的收获和体会

为期两周的实习虽然短暂，却让我受益匪浅。实习的这段时间可以说是我大学三年来最辛苦但也是最充实的一段时间。辛苦一是因为第一次正式与社会接轨踏上工作岗位，开始了与以往完全不一样的生活可以说得上是很不适应。就算再

冷再差的天气，只要不是周末，都得去上班，有时候公司业务繁忙，晚上还得加班，留给自己支配的时间也就更少。但我必须克制自己，不能随心所欲，想来就来想走就走。每日重复单调繁琐的工作，时间久了容易厌倦。但是工作简单也不能马虎，必须得认真完成，因为一个小小的错误可能就会给公司带来巨大的麻烦或损失。二是因为一直以来我都是用父母的钱，而工作以后才意识到挣钱的不易，也开始有意识地培养自己的理财能力，否则一不留神可能就入不敷出成为“月光一族”，但此时又不好意思伸手向父母要了，因此很多时候必须合理支配手中这笔少得可怜的钱。充实则是因为我学到了在学校里面无法学到的知识和技能，对我各方面都是一大提高。同时实习也给我积累了一定的工作经验，为将来找工作打下扎实的基础。总的说来我的收获可以分为以下几点：

1．学到了一些为人处世的道理。从学校到社会的大环境的转变，使我身边接触的人完全换了角色，老师成了老板，同学成了同事，相处之道也完全不同。在与同事相处的过程中，要能够意识到每个人都是独一无二的，都有各自的特点。并且学习他们的优点，同时改正自己的缺点，不断提高和完善自我。在与上司相处的过程中则要做到认真完成上司安排的任务、不要在上司面前过多地谈论他人的是非。也就是“少说话，多做事。”

2．增强了合作意识。每个人都不可能独立存在，都必须与他人建立联系。总经理助理的工作更不像其它工作那样工序分明，而是必须与公司的上司、下属、同事、顾客、供应商等进行合作。另外，做一名助理还应当有全局观念以及较强的协调沟通意识。要能够使公司的每个成员都融入到公司这个大集体里。要学会与供应商协商，与同事合作，利用现有的各种因素为公司提供满意的服务，充分发挥助理的纽带作用。

3．提高了沟通能力。做好助理这份工作所需要的首要能力就是善于交际。说到底，助理其实也是一种服务人员。而服务人员就必须懂得如何与他人沟通。“他人”既包括外部的客户，也包括内部的同事和领导。而且与同事之间产生矛盾更是不可避免的。在实习的过程中，我学会了如何与他人建立和维持关系、如何处理和同事的矛盾，学会了倾听别人的意见和表达自己的想法。我基本上能够针对不同性别、不同场合、不同年龄、不同文化背景的人而采取相应的交往方式。

4．培养了自学能力。在刚进入大学的时候，老师就强调过自学的重要性。在实习过程中，我也的确发现除了英语和计算机操作外，课本上学的理论知识很少能够用在这个信息爆炸的时代。这是一个知识不断更新的年代，仅靠自己原有的知识是肯定不行的。我必须在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨，不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方，尽量先自己想办法解决，实在不行就虚心请教他人，而没有自学能力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。

对商务英语专业教学的建议：

1．多组织学生实习。我们学习的知识偏重于理论，因此往往考试能力强，动手能力差。然而公司最看重的就是一个人的实际动手能力。而且在实习的过程中，我也发现实际运用到的技能往往和我们所学的有很大差距。所以，我认为应该多开一些实习课，让学生有更多的机会走进社会，体验社会生活。刚毕业的大学生既然没有什么工作经验.那么就应该在实习经历上为自己加分。

2．增设相关课程向学生讲授企业文化、协调沟通能力、礼仪等方面的知识。这些知识都是我们在社会生存中所必需的，却又是被学校长期忽视的。

三、自我评价及今后努力的方向

对于20岁刚出头的我来说，虽然也做过家教，但这次经历可以说是我第一次真正步入社会，告别美好的校园生活，接触各种类型的人，处理各种各样的事务。

由于是第一次进公司，所以我对每件事物都很好奇，工作的时候更是非常地有激情。然而刚开始时肯定很多都不怎么懂，而且也总是出错的，因为想让自己学得快点，心又太急了，做事也容易出错，又找不到正确的方法，这样做起来既费力又费时间，同时让我有很强的挫败感，甚至有点想放弃。后来跟同学、朋友来聊天，提起自己的情况，大家对我都很支持，说了很多话鼓舞和激励我：面对工作该怎样处理，做什么事都不能太心急，要慢慢来，要相信自己。后来再跟同事、领导相互沟通，自己又反复地思考，觉得也许真的是自己没有找到正确方向、端正心态。知道了这点以后我就针对自己的不足，制定计划然后付诸行动。慢慢地，发觉还是有点成效的，这样自己也就有点信心了，每天做起事来也很有激情。在后面的工作中，我就好好利用时间。在空闲时间里，我会翻阅相关的资料，多向别人请教。虽然每天都很忙，有时还很累，但我很开心。因为这样的我每天都很充实。

当然在实习中我也认识到了自己的不足，找出了自身状况与社会实际需要的差距，意识到我需要掌握的东西还有很多。毕竟作为一名在校大学生，我的社会经验还是很缺乏的，所以有些问题我还不能够圆满地处理。在以后的学习中，我会更加明确学习目标，及时补充相关知识，为求职与正式工作做好充分的知识、能力准备，从而在将来从校园走向社会的时候能够更快适应。并且我会多接触各行各业的人来增加自己的阅历，使自己对人性有更为敏锐的洞察力。

虽然这次实习也使我领略到了社会竞争的激烈，但是这并没有给我造成不必要的压力。我现在想的就是好好学习，并且抓住机会多锻炼自己，然后通过努力找到一份合适的工作，在工作岗位上脚踏实地，干好每一件事。

5. New Skills and Information Gained

Definitely, the over 10 days’ internship improves my translation skill greatly and familiarize me with the materials about the company’s association articles, regulations, etc. In addition, I get to know what documents shall be presented to the immigrant bureau.

6. Difficulties Encountered

During that period, I inevitably encountered a lot of difficulties but luckily within my management. For the technical terms, I always turn to the internet for help. For the figures, especially those over millions or billions, I ask myself to hold my breath and be patient. Many words are found hard to express although they are with highly frequent use in Chinese. Therefore I should often refer to the internet where it may give a clue.

7. My Shortcomings

Figures are always my headache. I will be at sea and lose my thought when facing a large number of figures. Sometime they wander my mind, daze me and even mess up if I am not careful enough. But numbers or figures does matter in every aspect which even a slight mistake will make a big difference and bring into great trouble.
