管家部工作述职报告

尊敬的各位领导,各位同事,大家好!

管家部作为酒店的重要后勤部门之一,它负责酒店公共场所的卫生清洁、园林养护、安全保卫及宿舍管理。它的工作点多面广而且很具体,有人说它是酒店“美容师”,一点没错,它的职责是为宾客及酒店员工提供一个舒适、干净的生活、工作环境。

管家部管理工作好坏,直接影响酒店和客人的第一印象,它代表的是一种社会效应。因此在筹备、培训期间,我要求本部员工不断提高自身素质、酒店意识;发扬爱岗敬业、任劳任怨、积极向上的一种奉献精神,因考虑它又是技术性较强的专业部门,同时着重要求本部员工不断学习专业知识,努力提高自己的专业技能,在实际工作中有效发挥自己的潜力。2011年9月管家部在酒店各级领导的大力支持与关怀指导下,在其他部门的配合下,经过全体员工的努力,团结协作,任劳任怨,比较圆满地完成了酒店各项安全保卫工作及部门所承担的日常工作和一些临时性任务,部门的工作也取得了一定的成绩,但在工作中也存在一些不足之处,现将三个月来的工作做以总结,以便扬长避短,继往开来为来年工作打下坚实的基础。

一、 安全保卫工作。

1.治安安全

酒店安全是酒店经营最基本的保证,与酒店的发展紧密相连。保安部在日常工作中始终坚持按照酒店制度抓好巡逻检查工作,每天雷打不动对于酒店重要设施和重点区域进行检查,以确保安全无事故。我部对于员工明确职责,从思想上让每个队员绷紧“安全“这根弦,确定安全工作重点区域,周密细致地检查,及时发现并消除安全隐患,将安全隐患消灭在萌芽状态。 在维持酒店秩序方面,部门先从门口车辆停放开始,规范员工执勤动作,做好外来人员的登记,有效地保证了门前车辆停车入位,有序进出,为酒店的经营营造了良好的外部环境。再在内部加大巡逻力度,对闲杂人员、可疑人员及时盘问跟踪,大大改善了内部安

全环境。这使酒店的安全秩序有了明显提高。经过我部员工的共同努力,三个月

来酒店无事故、未发生治安刑事案件,确保了酒店的正常经营。

2. 消防安全

安全责任重于泰山,消防工作始终都是酒店工作的重点。为了把消防工作做

好,为安全经营保驾护航。我们本着预防为主的思想,实行消防安全责任制,确

定部门经理是部门安全第一责任人。每月组织一次防火检查,及时消除火灾隐患。

对各种消防设施进行检查、维护、保养,针对酒店现状我们制定了详细可行的灭

火预案、疏散应急预案,进行了消防灭火演练。三个月来共组织了6次的消防安

全培训,2次消防灭火实战演练,由于做了细致防控工作,三个月来酒店消防安

全状况良好,未发生消防安全事故。

二、提高队员素质,做好培训工作。

为了建设一支高素质的保安队伍,配合各部做好对客服务。三个月来部门开

展了一系列的培训学习和思想教育活动,通过对仪容仪表、文明用语、行为规范

的学习,使企业文化深入人心。每次培训学习使员工产生归属感认同感,让员工

知道如何对客服务,改变员工的个人思想,树立正确的人生价值观,使员工融入

我们酒店,员工的素质和专业技能都有了一定的提高。

由于安保工作的特性,保安就是酒店与客人的第一个接触点,是酒店的第一

道靓丽风景线,保安必须有高素质的服务理念和行之有效的待客方法。从服务至

上出发,个人能解决要求的马上解决,需要其它部门处理的主动联系,在日常工

作中能积极主动和其它部门密切协作,共同努力,为营造安全、温馨的经营环境

和提高服务质量起了重要作用。

三、日常工作

作为酒店的一个职能部门在酒店我们还承担着一些日常工作。

1、区域卫生保持

管家部承担着酒店外围区域卫生的清理保持工作,我部的员工始终如一的默默地在做着这一工作。这也是不简单的,记得有人说过能把不简单的事情长期的做下去就是不简单,我觉得我部的员工就是不简单,因为我们就是把简单的事情长期的在做。

2、园林花草树木养护。

酒店园林花草树木养护由管家部负责。我们每天都要对花草树木进行检查,以保持花草的良好状态。

3、在物品管理方面我要求做好本部门设备、设施定位、调试及验收工作外,对本部门的辅助用品、一次性用品及固定资产做到登记造册、有据可依、有帐可查、责任到人,谁主管谁负责,保证了仓库内的物品归类、摆放整齐、清洁,不出现过期、发霉、变质、浪费现象。例如:设备、设施出现问题时及时维修或者报修,

4、在保证本部门工作正常运行的同时也加强了每个员工在工作上和生活上的安全意识、使用设备、设施一定要注意操作安全,以及防火防盗安全,一旦发生了安全事故怎么处理、怎样预防等等。

5、团队协作

目前酒店各部门男员工不是很多,酒店开业前期的开荒工作,搬桌椅、搬橱柜、布置场地,搬办公室、搬仓库等工作,无形中大多数酒店的一些体力活就落在了我们身上,虽然我们只有屈指可数的几个人,但是全体管家部人员能够以酒店大局为重,发扬一不怕苦,二不怕累的精神,哪里有困难哪里就有管家部人的身影。

四、工作中存在的缺点和不足

在这三个月里,管家部在工作上虽然取得了一定的成绩,但还存在一定的问题,不足之处更是需要深刻总结,努力改正。总结三个月来工作有以下几点不足:

1、队员形象素质需要进一步提高,以适应酒店之发展趋势。

2、部门工作执行力不强,要加强员工教育。

3、部门管理水平需要提高,以适应社会之发展趋势。

4、部门工作离酒店领导要求还有一定距离,需要进一步努力。

5、消防工作需要加大力度。

对于这些已经出现的缺点和不足之处我们要高度重视,在接下来的工作中,我们会针对不足之处及时进行改正和补救,结合部门实际情况,扬长避短,在树立酒店形象和完善管家部内部建设上狠下功夫,层层抓起。相信在酒店领导的指导下,在部门全体人员的努力下,在来年会取得更好的成绩,以不辜负各级领导的期望与厚爱。

五、未来三个月的工作计划 1、目标

①对基层管理人员进行培训,使他们成为一个既有理论水平又有实际经验的管理人员。

②争取所有人对我部员工的工作满意度达到70%以上。

③员工的满意度达到70%以上。

④培养2个以上的后备管理人才。

⑤在1月前完成对酒店试营业的筹备准备工作。

2、工作细则

(1)完成酒店开业的前期准备工作跟进管家部物品的采购。

(2)完善酒店管家部管理程序

1)逐步深化及完善管家部的管理程序。由于现时所制定的各种程序也许日后未必适合,需要在实际工作中不断深化及完善。使员工工作更加流畅、有序,从而提高员工的工作效率。2)深化我部与各部门的沟通,理顺各种程序,达到内部的和谐,令运作更有效率。

(3)培训工作

1)建立完整的培训计划

2)根据酒店上级领导的要求,对员工进行业务技能培训,对员工,尤其管理人员进行管理技能培训。

(4)成本控制

1)控制各种不必要的费用及对能源的节约。

2)通过培训使员工能一职多能,进行优化组合。

(5)提高部门凝聚力

1)不定期组织两次以上的员工外出活动,以增强员工的归属感,减少流动率以节约成本。

2)每月召开一次员工大会,解决员工提出的问题。

3)不定期跟员工进行一对一的交谈,进行思想交流,关心员工的工作和生活。

4)提供机会给员工参与部分工作决策的讨论,以增强员工的参与感。

2011年即将过去,我们满怀激情地迎来了新的一年。在新的一年,机遇与困难并存,目标与现实之差距,都要我们去面对,去迎接挑战。在和生庄园的感召之下,按照酒店的工作目标,团结拼博、振奋精神,努力工作,去创造我部的辉煌!
