[内容摘要]校园网的建设:统一规划,分布实施;网络系统的建设;应用系统的建设; 园网的管理:网络管理的易操作性;利用管理平台对校园网运行情况进行监视、分析和监控,迅速判断、查找、排除网络故障;注意安全管理。

随着信息时代的到来,社会对高技术、高素质、复合型人才的需求进一步增加,传统的教育方式和管理已经很难适应新的社会需求,学校应首先在老师和学生中普及计算机知识。正如学习外语需要有语言环境一样,学计算机也需要环境,而校园网最能提供这种环境。本人几年来刻苦钻研互联网技术,总结了校园网建设和管理的一些心得,希望与广大信息技术工作者分享。

校园网的建设直接影响着校园网的管理,是我们讨论的重中之重,它应注重实用性和先进性,开放性和标准化,可靠性和安全性,经济性和可扩充性,使用有限的资金为学校提供贴切而有效的服务。

一、校园网的建设要统一规划,分步实施。兼顾软、硬件均衡,充分考虑未来需求,合理利用资金 。一般来说,学校资金并不很充足,不可能一步到位。另一方面,部分学校基础比较差,老师有可能意识不到计算机网络的用处,应用水平较低,即使安装了某些系统也利用不起来,因此需要分步实施。

分步实施一定要在统一规划的前提下进行,如果缺乏统一规划,系统将会陷入相互不兼容或者前期投资浪费的情况。在这里还应特别注意系统实施的顺序:先调查用户需求,确定应用系统,再确定系统软件,最后根据需要选择合适的硬件,而不应该先买来一堆设备再考虑怎么用。

二,网络系统的建设

该部分主要包括校园网网络系统的规划设计、管理(包括安全)技术、设计原则以及设备性能介绍、选择的技术依据、解决方案等。学校的系统主干及重要的支干链路应依据当前需求在100M和1000M以太网之间做性价比较,网络规划要考虑对未来应用需求更佳的支持能力、灵活的扩展能力、可重组能力以及平稳的升级能力(如考虑未来对ATM的支持等)。网络系统可考虑采用虚拟组网技术(VLAN),以利于网络管理和提高网络效能。

主干网络设备选择应考虑互操作性。校园网Internet的接入方式应该具备多种方式,关键网络设备及部件的选择应详细说明并有比较依据。整个校园网建议采用统一的TCP/IP作为核心协议。具体解决方案应统一按照总体规划进行子网划分及IP地址的分配,并适当考虑一定的冗余。每个应用点都应能申请得到独立的Intranet网络内部的IP地址,一级节点到中心交换机的主干链路总带宽可根据该节点对中心服务的需求量做相应设计调整。

三 、注重应用系统的建设

就目前成熟的应用而言,校园网综合应用主要集中在以下几个方面:辅助教师教学、提高教学手段、提供网络服务、方便师生教研、改善办公条件、提高工作效率、开放对外窗口,树立学校形象。

这些目标的实现需要通过具体的网络功能来实现。笔者根据当今技术发展的现状,结合学校实际情况提出以下设想。

(1)建立课件、教学信息资料库及相关系统,实现授课点播和辅助教学; (2)利用校园MIS软件,实现全校计算机辅助管理和办公自动化; (3)建立图书馆计算机管理系统和电子阅览系统,实现图书馆信息管理自动化、快速检索和电子阅览; (4)建立远程访问(RAS),利用校园网实现在家备课、办公和接入Internet; (5)通过建立对外信息站点,实现学校信息上连Internet 和提供对外信息服务(包括校际交流、学校Intranet互访等); (6)传统的网络服务,例如:E-MAIL、FTP、TELNET、WWW查询等功能,其中E-MAIL为广大师生与外界交流的必备工具,应考虑其可用性,可靠性,可管理性,可扩展性; (7)利用网络技术,实现多媒体信息交换、视频点播、远程教育等(如NetMeeting功能的应用); (8)兼容校内有线电视广播网,拓展网络功能。

网络管理是网络的灵魂,在校园网建设的基础上对其进行有效的管理,才能充分发挥校园网的效益、效率和效用。

一、针对中小学计算机教师师资力量,网络管理不能特别复杂,为了对校园网进行统一,简单、有效的管理,应做到:(1)教师用机和学生用机都应安装保护卡,使计算机的系统分区得到保护,避免全校师生在学习、使用过程中,由于误操作而使系统损坏,从而影响校园网的运行。(2)对每个用户都给予相应权限的帐号,使全校师生既能充分运用校园网的资源,又能方便网络管理人员对校园网络的管理。(3)对于需要共享的资源统一设定权限,以方便广大师生查询调用。

二、选择合适的网络管理平台对校园网运行情况进行监视、分析和监控,迅速判断、查找、排除网络故障。利用网络管理平台 加强对网络的监控,判断网络设备运行正常与否,对故障迅速定位,减少故障判断过程,提高事故处理速度,利用网络管理平台收集的错误、警告、消息标志等信息进行网络运行状态分析和趋势预测,及时发现潜在的隐患。如netview管理平台用图形方式使网管人员可以更加直观地实时监测网络设备的状况,实现上述功能。

三、重视网络安全管理。(1)运用内容过滤器和防火墙 过滤器技术可以屏蔽不良的网站,对网上色情、暴力和邪教等内容有强大的堵截功能。

防火墙技术包含了动态的封包过滤、应用代理服务、用户认证、网络地址转换、IP防假冒、预警模块、日志及计费分析等功能,可以有效地将内部网与外部网隔离开来,保护校园网络不受未经授权的第三方侵入。(2)利用虚拟网技术,将全校分布在不同部门、不同网段上的办公应用服务器划分为一个虚拟子网,限制用户对其访问。出开放必要的端口外,其他端口和服务安全禁止,以增加安全性。为了避免用户滥用网络资源,对不同的虚拟子网赋予不同的对外访问权限,如只能访问校内、只能访问中国教育科研网、可以访问整个互联网等,同时按照IP 地址和用户帐号进行流量控制和统计,力争是网络资源得到更为有效的应用。

(3)管理除了建立起一套严格的安全管理规章制度外,还必须培养一支具有安全管理意识的网管队伍。对公共机房实行精确到人、到机位的使用登记制度这;对用户进行教育:除了对用户进行有关网络安全的法律法规和规章制度进行宣传教育外,还必须让用户知道如何使用密码、管理文件、收发邮件和正确地运行应用程序。对于非法访问和黑客攻击事件,一旦发现要严肃处理。

以上所述纯属个人的拙见,片面之谈,而校园网建设和管理是一个长期艰巨的任务,我们需要不断探索和努力,才能够让整个教育系统成为跨入信息时代的优秀行业系统,成为新世纪、新思维、新前途的新学校。

My name is Scott and my hobby is collecting stickers (贴纸). It is popular with many people because it is not an expensive hobby.

立仁和之德, 育教养之生, 示文明之范 ——侨声中学“德育工作及校园文化”专题发展性诊断报告

泉州九中 戴小彬

感谢晋江市侨声中学为我们提供这么好的学习平台。我们第二专题组一行五人(刘海龙、戴伟东、杨建国、何伟明、戴小彬),就“德育工作及校园文化”这一主题分工协作,按照上海格致中学张志敏校长所传授之方法,对侨声中学德育工作及校园文化“望、闻、问、切”,在学习中诊断,在诊断中学习,形成以下报告。

一、做法与亮点

(一)、育人目标明确,措施得力:致力于培养具有现代教养的中学生。 侨声中学坚持立德树人,把育人放在首位,致力于实践“培养具有现代教养的中学生”的育人目标。

学校紧抓养成教育和班级管理两条主线。学校把学生日常行为的管理制度汇编成《侨声中学生现代教养手册》,并做到“全、严、细、实”。把对学生的常规要求变为学生的成长指南,逐步形成师生共同参与,以人文、情感、科学为基础的人本化管理模式。班级管理以规范班级、示范班级、模范班级的创建为抓手,致力于放心班集体的建设。

学校实施年级分层德育坚持探索“分层德育”模式,根据不同年级学生的成长目标规划年段教育主题,分阶段实施,形成序列化年段德育活动。开展六个年段六个主题系列活动,每学期推进“一班一堂主题班会”公开教学活动,评选优秀主题班会公开课,对优秀主题班会课例,并进行汇编,对优秀课例进行奖励。 学校大胆探索学生自主管理。值得一提的是,学校探索出学生自主管理体系 ——班级值周制。在政教处的指导下,每周一个班级轮流值勤。值勤班集值勤管理、劳动服务、文明示范于一体,以“虚心学、认真干、严格查、主动帮、客观评”为主要操作要求,直接参与“五处”(门口、操场、教室、宿舍、食堂)教育与管理,实现学生学习、生活、纪律等全方位的自主管理。

(二)、文化建设有底蕴有内涵有品位有保障。

侨声中学校园文化建设主要体现在以下三“点”:

1、着眼点:创建温馨、绿色、智能化的书香乐园

学校在改善工作运动生活环境、构建良好的师生关系、创设和谐师师关系、

创设智能化教学环境、创设智能化学习环境、创设智能化管理环境、开展“四节”(体育、艺术、科技、读书)活动、改造图书馆,设立心天地阅览室,假期开放图书馆、大量设立学生活动空间与添置实验器材、让学生学有场所、健有时间、玩有朋友等方面倾注了大量心血,真正体现了一个做教育的学校。

2、关键点:打造具有教育智慧的师资队伍

在学校文化建设上培养了一支懂教育规律,具有教育直觉,善于感悟和反思,充满师爱和创造性的教师队伍。让每一个教师具备“十能”:能研读教育名著、能指导新师、能指导研究性学习、能独立课题研究、能撰写论文、能开发校本课程、能上好评好课、能运用现代教育技术手段、能带学生社团、能培养得意学生。学校培养省级学科带头人与骨干教师达到10人,泉州市级以上学科带头人与骨干教师达到50人,晋江市级以上学科带头人与骨干教师达到80人。教育科研整体水平居全市前列。

3、归宿点:培养具有现代教养的学生

在培养学生方面抓住了教育的根本:培养学生具有现代教养“十个一”(一颗爱国之心、一身文明气度、一股合作精神、一项通用能力、一手规范好字、一口流利普通话、一个外语工具、一门优势学科、一副健康身心、一种艺术爱好)开发自律文化,建立自主管理系统、打造班团文化,塑造学生健康人格、创建社团文化,发展学生个性特长、弘扬校友文化,引领学生励志成长。

(三)、用心经营各种资源,着力构建“四位一体”育人格局

1、积极发动校友捐资助学。侨声中学的每幢楼,每间教室都有冠名。社会各界乡贤、校董、校友捐资助学热情空前,仅2016年以来,为纪念建校60周年活动捐资达4088万元,先后成立十九个教育基金,奖励为学校发展作出贡献的师生,对贫困学子扶贫助学,有力地促进了学校的发展。

2、充分发挥校友优势,传承反哺文化。通过举办创业大讲坛,邀请知名校友来校讲述他们成长成才的经历,让学生学有榜样;组织学生进行校友访谈,学校有许多有成就、有社会知名度的校友,学校组织学生对他们进行有重点的寻访,通过访问,了解他们的思想、工作和生活情况,实现学生的自我教育。学校自2000年后,每年春节召开学生会历届干部新春座谈会,大学生回母校开展“天之骄子,教育改变晋江”公益讲座活动,北大优秀学生周礼楠、复旦大学研究生曾珊珊等40多位校友针对大学生活、学习、规划等多方面,帮助侨声中学准大

学生纲领性地把握未来的大学生活情况。这些都是校友对学校文化的认同和反哺。

侨声60年,人才辈出,桃李天下。不管是老校友、还是新校友都对学校充满感恩。校友资源,是学校办学育人的一大亮点,也是学校走向成功的一大动力。

3、密切家校联系,增强教育合力。学校充分发挥社会、学校、家庭三点一面网络功能,成立家长委员会,举办家长学校等方式抓好“三个结合”教育,形成德育合力;学校通过家长会、家长委员会、侨声微博平台、校讯通平台、微信平台向社会、家长、学生发布学校最新的教育教学动态;班主任还通过校讯通平台、班级家长微信群对班级、年级、学校的活动进行宣传,在学校组织的各类活动中,如纪念12.9活动、百日誓师、艺术节、成年人宣誓等,邀请家长参与孩子成长的各类活动,邀请家长进入课堂听课,参与班级教育教学,与家长及时进行沟通,用心服务家长,赢得家长的心,促进教育成效。

4、开展志愿服务,传递志愿精神。学校通过开展志愿者服务队清洁校园卫生死角、进社区活动等志愿活动,传递侨声中学青年志愿者“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神,加强学校与社区间的联系,提高在校学生的社会实践能力,以志愿者行动为构建和谐社区、美丽侨声奉献才智、贡献力量。

(四)、社团活动亮点纷呈,成绩骄人。

侨声中学社团活动在这几年来有了比较快速的发展。现共有学生社团36个,涵盖体育,美术,音乐,舞蹈,科技、文学、传统文化和综合共八大类,参与人数超过在校生的65%。

其中几个社团的表现尤其突出,足球社获得晋江三连冠,并多次获得泉州前三名,文学社被评为全国99佳,蔡崇达,许竹敬和林爱玉先后三次暂获全国新概念作文大赛一等奖;舞蹈社的原创作品《採蚝姑娘》荣获全国中学生舞蹈大赛金奖,武术社参加海内外及各级武术比赛,获金牌超过60枚,从武术社走出去的蔡良禅更是成为08年奥运会散打冠军。科技社以福建省第一的成绩出赛2016年的全国机器人大赛也取得了金牌(全国第二名)。

二、思考与建议:

教育关系到一个区域的希望和未来,不仅在传授知识,而且在传承文明、传递爱心、传播正能量,为此,坚持立德树人这一核心理念,理应是教育之义、学校之责。在这一点上,侨声中学上至校长,下至普通员工,都已形成共识,并努力实践,值得点赞!

侨声中学围绕“培养具有现代教养的中学生”育人总课题,坚持“大目标、低起点、近距离、求长效”的管理原则,坚持从一件件小事抓起,不好高骛远,不随波逐流,持之以恒,踏踏实实,一步一个脚印。值得学习!

侨声中学坚持常规要常讲常查常新的思路,学校把学生日常行为的管理制度汇编成《侨声中学生现代教养手册》,并做到“全、严、细、实”。把对学生的常规要求变为学生的成长指南,逐步形成师生共同参与,以人文、情感、科学为基础的人本化管理模式。德育工作力求接地气,见实效。值得推广!

晋江市侨声中学在六十年来的办学实践过程中积累了深厚的学校校园文化,反映出了学校师生员工在教育教学实践中形成的人生观、价值观、信念与追求,它是学校具有特殊意义的宝贵精神财富。这笔财富要好好珍惜好好爱护并发扬滋长!

我们发现,现在关起门来办学校是行不通的,学校领导要有开放办学的理念和经营意识,要充分利用与盘活家长、校友、社区各种资源,要善假于物,使得他们与校方站在一起,成为参与者、支持者、建设者,而不是旁观者、反对者、破坏者。侨声学校领导做得一级棒!

我们建议:1、学校要把十八大制定的党和国家的教育方针挂在醒目的地方;

2、着手考虑成立家长学校,组建家长义工,为维护学校周边的安全、健康、整洁作贡献;3、把各社团简介及活动照片印成彩色宣传册子,并制作展板放在学校显眼位置供师生参观了解,加大这方面宣传力度,作为学校素质教育方面一张名片介绍;4、部分社团建设可以结合学科竞赛,如信息技术社、机器人社团等,适当增加数理化学科竞赛社团,瞄准985以上高校自主招生条件,做到玩与学两者完美结合;5、社团建设需要一分管副职牵头协调各学科教学能手来做指导老师,有条件还可以聘校外专家做专业讲解,相关指导老师工作量要纳入考评,才可持续发展;6、围绕“培养具有现代教养的中学生”育人总课题,学校可以开发系列校本德育课程,把它做成学校特色;7、学校在盘活家长、校友、社区各种资源的同时,可以考虑把三者进行整合乃至融合,如组织校友为家长开讲座,组织学生到校友的企业参观实践等等。

走过一个甲子的侨声中学,立仁和之德,育教养之生,示文明之范! 对于攀登者来说,山,永远是矮的!
