通过问卷调查等方法，结合条形图、饼图、频率图等描述统计方法，主要探讨了语言暴力在我们生活中的存在与危害，包括人们对语言暴力的了解程度，人们对语言暴力的危害的认知，人们对待语言暴力的态度和怎么样去解决这种无形的危害。调查结果表明人们普遍都对语言暴力有一定的了解，但是还是有很多人忽视其中的危害。通过这次的调查，有利于我们以后对语言暴力的更加深入的认识和解决方法。

Abstract

Through the methods of questionnaire survey, combined with a bar chart, pie chart, frequency chart describe the statistical methods, this paper mainly discusses the language violence in existence and harm in our life, including the understanding of the language violence, people's perception of the dangers of language violence, people's attitude towards language violence and how to solve this kind of invisible harm. The results of the survey show that people generally have some understanding of language violence, but there are still a lot of people ignore the harm of them. Through this survey, help us more in-depth understanding of language violence and solution.

第一章：研究背景 （一）研究背景

1.语言暴力的定义：

语言暴力，就是使用谩骂、诋毁、蔑视、嘲笑等侮辱歧视性的语言，致使他人的精神上和心理上遭到侵犯和损害，属精神伤害的范畴。而低龄语言暴力，就是限定了施暴者或受暴者是青少年。很多情况下，语言暴力源自不平等的相互关系，受害者通常缺乏自卫的力量，未成年人遭受的语言暴力就属于这一类。语言暴力又有显性和隐形之分。

显性的语言暴力：即一个人所用的语言在意义上的暴力指向明确，多以语言的攻击性强为体现。例如，前文所说的骂人即为例证。骂是否定性语言的极端形式，否定性话语还要配以激烈的音调，而这音调反过来又促使语言的粗暴不断升级。隐性的语言暴力：它的内容未必涉及暴力因素，但它的使用者试图强行将自己的意志施加给他人，因而这种语言总是作为一种“公开的独白”而取消了倾诉和对话。所以，隐性的语言暴力往往是在思维逻辑上玩花样，因而更为隐蔽，更难察觉。

2.研究背景：

汉语无疑是世界上最美丽的语言之一，但过多的语言暴力正在使它日趋粗鄙化。尤其在网络世界，随处可见谩骂的留言和跟帖，其中有相当一部分都是纯粹的情感宣泄和恶意攻击，似乎非脏话、黑话不足以表达观点。更令人担忧的是，一些卷入网络论战的所谓社会名人、知识分子，甚至是名牌大学的老师，也同样肆无忌惮、满嘴脏话，其语言暴力倾向非常严重，引发了社会的广泛关注，使得客观、冷静的沟通机制淹没在口水大战中。

虽然说在众声喧哗之中，我们允许多种声音的存在，但语言暴力体现的正是如何对待多元声音的态度，这是考验我们文明水平的一块试金石。到底有哪些事情需要我们一定要用暴力的语言来表达立场与意见？谩骂侮辱能解决问题吗？不管别人的行为多么荒诞不经，也不必使用语言暴力。一些带有浓重的地域歧视色彩和侮辱性质的词汇，除了迅速传播我们文化中阴暗粗暴的一面、掩盖真善美、直接导致社会空气污秽外，并不能治愈日益累积的矛盾。

I am not here to criticize but help more people realize the truth behind. Rebecca Ann Sedwick, a twelve year old girl, couldn’t bear the nasty words and constantly online harassment from fifteen other girls for over one year, at last committed suicide. And this is not a single case.

For a long time, we think we can say whatever we want just because we are hiding behind the screen. We judge; we criticize; we scold, and we highlight the "right of speech ". But we don't even care a little bit about the consequences of our words. We ought to be entitled to speak in order to make our voices heard, make things right, and shape the world into a better place. We failed, mostly. We do change the world, but it's the world of groups of vulnerable people. They've been poorly targeted at with nasty words, harsh criticism, and unstoppable harassment. Have we ever thought that the person on the other side of the screen could be our friends, roommates, brothers, sisters or our beloved ones? We have been taught to be tolerant and kind in real life. But once we get an anonymous ID sitting in front of our computer, all moral codes threw away.

I am a debater, and instinctively I enjoy arguing with people. Since it’s not so easy to find a proper people to talk about the critical issues in real life most of the time. I used to love sharing my ideas online. Nevertheless, it didn’t last too long. What made me give up is not the intense

conversation or the mistakes i made pointed out by others but the insult along with disappointed me. It seems it’s netizens’ nature to swear whenever they want. And it’s truly difficult to find a clean and civilized chat room online.But still, I am one of the lucky people. I didn't grow up with the popularity of computers or smart phones. And now, I am more able to protect myself properly---try to ignore the harassment or shut down my phone :) However, the younger generation who born with the explosion of technology is facing a much harder time. They are exposed to the tempting and dangerous internet. What’s worse, they are not even aware of it.
